The Lagos State Government has disbursed ₦2.02 billion in retirement benefits to 644 pensioners. This announcement was made by Mr. Babalola Obilana, the Director-General of the Lagos State Pension Commission, during the 101st batch Retirement Bond Certificate presentation for retirees in Lagos State.

This disbursement of retirement benefits demonstrates the state’s commitment to supporting and honoring its retired workforce, ensuring that they enjoy a well-deserved retirement.
