The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has introduced a new e-Pension Clearance Certificate (PCC) Application Portal—an automated system designed to streamline the process for obtaining Pension Clearance Certificates.
This innovative platform is part of PenCom’s commitment to improving efficiency, transparency, and ease of doing business. Employers can now apply for and print their PCCs from their offices with ease.

Effective Date:
The platform will be accessible to all employers starting 31 October 2024.
Transition Period: Both hard copy and online applications will be accepted from 31 October 2024 through March 2025. Employers are encouraged to switch to the electronic platform before the March 2025 deadline to take full advantage of its improved efficiency and convenience.
