The National Pension Commission (PenCom) has released the Guidelines on Corporate Governance for pension fund operators.
The Guidelines covers six (6) broad areas. These are:

2. Control Functions
3. Relationship with Shareholders
4. Ethics and Business Practice
5. Sustainability
6. Transparency
