For 2021 retirees and potential retirees of the Federal Government Treasury Funded Ministries, Departments, and Agencies, the National Pension Commission (PenCom) has extended the online verification and registration process (MDAs).
Mr. Peter Aghahowa, PenCom’s Head of Corporate Communications, made the announcement in a statement made accessible to journalists on Friday in Abuja.
PenCom had built an online application to automate the Annual Pre-Retirement Verification and Enrolment Exercise for retirees/prospective retirees of Treasury-funded Federal Government MDAs.
According to Aghahowa, the online enrolment application went live on Sept. 1, with a deadline of Oct. 29 for pensioners and prospective retirees to complete the procedure.
Only staff of Federal Government Treasury-Funded MDAs are eligible to take part in the online verification and enrolment procedure in 2021, according to the statement.
